Please ensure you read everything below.

PLEASE EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR PUPPIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE to jo@paws-itivity.co.uk – IF YOU’RE NOT ABLE TO DO THIS THEN YOU MUST BRING A COPY ON THE DAY.  WITHOUT THIS YOUR PUPPY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND AND YOUR FEE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Covid and Safety

You will have booked a specific time to drop off and collect your puppy, please stick to it.  You are welcome to arrive earlier and wait in your car until your drop off time.

When you arrive please stay in your vehicle, you will be greeted there for a hand over so please sanitise your hands and put on your face covering before leaving your vehicle.

If you have any questions please ensure that these are asked via email before or after the session to reduce contact time during handover.

Please do not attend if you or anyone you are directly linked with is experiencing any symptoms.

I politely request that you do not wait in the car park for an hour as there is not much room for staff, other clients etc.  If you wish to remain close by then there are car parks in the village near the church and tennis court and you can get a coffee from the village store.

Please ensure you collect your puppy at the correct drop off time.

How the sessions work

Rather like a human playgroup, you will drop your puppy off at a set time and collect them at a set time.

If I am at all concerned about your puppy I will call you straight away to collect them as I do not want them to be unhappy.

I will be using my favourite 100% meat pure pate treats during the session, please advise if your puppy has any intolerances to particular meats.

As this is a new way to work in strange times I may add to any guidance if there are any changes you need to be made aware of, if this is the case I will be in touch.

Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will not be refunded

To hold these sessions I have been lucky enough to secure a private playroom for your puppies at Daily Dog Digs daycare centre in Rusper.   Your puppies will NOT be socialising with the dogs that are in daycare, I am using one room at the centre especially for puppy playgroup.   If you want to find out more about daycare at Daily Dog Digs then visit their website below.

I will bring my dogs or other suitable dogs and people to the puppy playgroup so that they are there to help with puppies and their manners around older dogs.  My dogs are very good with puppies and I also use them with my work with reactive dogs, they are perfect "stooge" dogs to help your puppies learn and have fun.

If you have any questions then please ask as I'll be happy to help.
